- Design Thinking: Emphasis was placed on creating a patient-centered design to improve the hospital’s environment and overall experience.

3. Solution Approach:

- Redesigning Patient Rooms: Patient rooms were designed for comfort and efficiency. Features like adjustable lighting, ergonomic furniture, and easy access to medical equipment were introduced.
- Wayfinding Systems: Clear signage and intuitive maps were implemented throughout the hospital to assist patients and visitors in finding their way easily.
- Public Spaces: Lobbies, waiting areas, and cafeterias were redesigned with calming environments to reduce stress, incorporating natural lighting, art, and comfortable seating.

- Electronic Health Records (EHR): Patient rooms were designed for comfort and efficiency. Features like adjustable lighting, ergonomic furniture, and easy access to medical equipment were introduced.
- Telemedicine and Virtual Care: Clear signage and intuitive maps were implemented throughout the hospital to assist patients and visitors in finding their way easily.
